The Role : We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to join a new family at CHASKA Indian restaurant. As part of our CHASKA team your role is to make sure that our guests have an amazing experience over and over again. You love to connect with people and create memories by a personal approach.

You will be doing (not limited to) :

• Run the day-to-day operations according to company standards
• In charge of reservations
• Manage Dining and Delivery Staff
• Maintain relationships with regular guests and VIPs
• Train and develop the team
• Serve dishes and beverages
• Ensure customer satisfaction In charge of opening and closing duties
• In charge of opening and closing duties

The Requirements :

• You are a team player, you motivate and inspire others
• You are reliable and flexible
• You have a strong desire to develop
• You have good language and communication skills in English
• Speaking Dutch or any additional language is an advantage

Useful to know :

This position is available both full-time and part-time and will require working weekend and/or evening shifts. Position requirements also include being able to walk and stand for hours and the ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
